Michael provides strategic leadership for KAMCO Contracting, oversees company operations, maintains client and partner relationships, and ensures projects align with the company’s standards for safety, quality, schedule, and performance.
Director of Operations
David Martinez specializes in construction operations, field coordination, and project execution. He works closely with project teams to ensure resources, schedules, subcontractors, and site activities remain aligned throughout each project.

Senior Project Manager
Sarah Thompson is an experienced project manager focused on delivering organized, efficient, and client-centered construction projects. She serves as a key point of coordination between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.

Sarah has more than 10 years of experience managing construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, documentation, subcontractor coordination, and project closeout.

Sarah manages assigned projects from planning through completion, tracks budgets and schedules, coordinates project stakeholders, and helps ensure contractual requirements and project objectives are successfully met.
Construction Superintendent
James Carter brings hands-on field leadership and extensive knowledge of construction site operations. His focus is on maintaining safe, productive job sites while ensuring work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards.
Experience
James has more than 15 years of field construction experience, including site supervision, trade coordination, safety management, quality inspections, and construction scheduling.

James supervises daily field activities, coordinates subcontractors and trades, monitors site safety and workmanship, and ensures construction progresses according to approved plans and project schedules.
Project Coordinator
Emily Reynolds supports KAMCO’s project management and operations teams by keeping project information, documentation, schedules, and communications organized throughout the construction process.
